Announcement
This is the first live event to run on this world, and it will not run the way a quest runs.
It takes place across several play nights rather than one evening, and it does not wait to be noticed. Things will happen whether or not anyone is standing there. There is no quest to accept and nothing to turn in — nothing in this event will appear in your quest log, and no part of it will be flagged as complete. If you find something, it will be because you were looking.
The cold came early to Dereth once before, and the scholars of Zaikhal wrote it down and filed the writing away when it thawed. It has been noticed that it is early again.

- Three things have been left in deep places, where they were left. They have not been catalogued.
- Whatever is found this way is Attuned and Bonded — it cannot be traded, sold, or handed to anyone else. Everyone who wants one will have to go and get their own.
- Nothing has been added to any quest log, and nothing will be.
